| 1. Join us and RSVP for our 20 minute, Kick-off call at 11:00 AM EDT. Click here to register! |

| 2. Click on www.ncartcoalition.org (enter your zip code) to find the senators and representatives in your area. |

| |

| 3.Call the 2 Senators from your state and 1 Representative from your district (based on where you reside) |
|
| |
|
| 4. In addition to contacting your 2 Senators and 1 Representative, if one or more of the below “Target List” legislators reside in your state…please contact them also. It is important to place multiple calls from multiple constituents into these offices |

| 5. Deliver the “Key Messages” below….the bottom line is to: “Include HR 2231and S2931 language in the upcoming Medicare package”. |

6.After you make your calls, please Log your calls via the web go to www.ncartcoalition.org to register your calls…select “Tally” button. We must get 1000 plus calls in to Congress on Thursday, May 22...
