The Sunrise Medical Education Department offers a variety of training and educational opportunities under the name Sunrise Training and Education Programs or STEPS. These programs, conducted all around the country, provide clinical and technical information, product features and application and funding information regarding all aspects of seating and assessment, manual mobility and power mobility.

Attendees include physical and occupational therapists, technicians, case managers, nurses, physicians, funding sources, and suppliers, as well as, internal Sunrise Associates. Our faculty consist of Sunrise Medical Clinical Education Specialists (PT or OT), Technical Support Specialists, as well as clinical and technical consultants.
